I would like to display a custom picture field i created in the Resume to be shown in the resume listing. Currently it is displaying avatar picture from the candidate user profile in WP. My application work this way I have a user staff that continuous add resume of many different candidates just by using Add Resume. I want to skip the part of Add User , then add resume and assign resume to the user.
My staff will add resumes of many different candidates and then company that like the candidates will contact my staff which will done arrange for interviews with this candidates
