Deleted user still maintain package selected of last selected when re-register

Dear support,

1) I am at testing of my theme setup, to test the payment function, I deleted the user account which I used it for free package, but when come to re-register, although the email account has been deleted, which still maintained the earlier free package of selection.

2) I received the email informing the updated theme has been issued, and would like to know do I need to reinstall it since the purchase code has been input for update control.

Kindly look into it.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

1- We think that you have a cache on your site and your server so you should delete your cache. In addition, check your deleted users on your database and make sure that it will be deleted successfully.

2- When receiving our update notification, there are 2 ways which you can update our theme successfully:

-1. Delete the older version then re-install the newest version. It is still using your purchase code before.

-2. Update automatically by going to Dashboard > Updates.

Note: Remember backup all customization files before updating.
