1- We think that you have a cache on your site and your server so you should delete your cache. In addition, check your deleted users on your database and make sure that it will be deleted successfully.
2- When receiving our update notification, there are 2 ways which you can update our theme successfully:
-1. Delete the older version then re-install the newest version. It is still using your purchase code before.
-2. Update automatically by going to Dashboard > Updates.
Note: Remember backup all customization files before updating.
