Hi Nootheme support team,
I just bought organici theme from Noothemes. I want to use home boxes products(V9) theme but when i upload the demo content i cannot choose the themes it automatically loads the parent theme. And i dont want the woocommerce feature but when i deactivate the plugin the page looks different. Basically what i want is, i just want to use the home boxes theme without the ecommerce plugin and make it look just like that without the shop buttons. Please help.

I have been trying to contact the support team but response. Getting tired of contacting.
The reason i bought this theme was to use Home Page Version 9 with all the demo contents working. Please help me on this. How long will it take for the support to contact me back????

We are really sorry for the late response because we were so busy in a few days.
For your question: Firstly, please give us your website's URL and admin account privately via checking Set as private reply checkbox. We will check the issue of Revolution Slider.
Secondly, Organici theme is built by using WooCommerce plugin so you cannot remove WooCommerce plugin from your website. Because your homepage will be a mess.
Please check it again, then feedback us.

We help you to show some home pages on your website so you can hover to the Home item on the menu to see it.
In addition, we tried to import Slider Revolution demo data to your website but we got this issue: https://prnt.sc/mvedi2
In case, please give us your FTP account because we need to check your source code.
