Customer filters & default search fields

Hello,

Can you explain why some custom fields in Jobs, gives you the option to disable, whereas others only delete?

Also, is it possible to customize the default search fields on the homepage and within job search page? I would like to create a custom field called 'SECTOR' and make that the default search field on home page? Also is it possible to put a button for 'ADVANCED SEARCH' (redirects to jobs page search filters) on the 'HOME' and 'JOBS' default pages?

Home page default search example =   'ADVANCE SEARCH'(button) '- KEYWORD'(filter) - 'LOCATION'(filter)- 'SECTOR'(filter) - 'SEARCH'(button)

Dear,
1. The some field is Custom can't delete because it's core field and can't delete it.
2. The Advance Search widget and shortcode is support select custom fields, mean, you can create custom field 'SECTOR' and select it in search form.
