Hi I need a custom refer and earn WordPress plugin for my job portal website. My requirement is that every user should generate its own unique link, which he can generate for every available job on portal, for which he wants to refer new candidate. His link would direct any new candidate to that job directly. When this new candidate applies for this job via referral link, referrer gets some points credited against that job. This would be shown in his dashboard for every job link and this dashboard is also visible to Admin for every user. Referrer would get points only when new candidates apply for the job directed via the link. This plugin should also have a payout option so that points can be redeemed into money and it could be sent directly to referrer via payment gateway. Would you be able to implement this plugin? Duration and fees?
By when, would you help me get me at least rough cost estimate for this?
