You go to Customizer -> Job & Company -> Job List -> turn of RSS Button
The same goes for resume and company page.

We do not have a color change config for the part you say in the image because that is the default color but if you want to change the color you can add the following code to your dashboard -> customizer -> custom code -> custom css

color: red;
}

color: red;
}
.job-social .noo-icon.fa-linkedin:hover{
color: red;
}
