Code writes to screen after install theme, plugins activated, demo installed

I have  another ticket open with  this same issue but noone is responding.  I am not a novice here, I have installed and developed dozens of WordPress websites and I need to get working on developing this site, it's been a few days. Your message system on this screen says you will respond and nothing from that either. I am starting to wonder if I should not have purchased this theme.

The Issue:
I the new site below and please see attached screen shot, installed theme, plugins activated and demo content downloaded  and the home page code all writes to the screen.  What is wrong? Should I uninstall all and reinstall.

We just returned from the Lunar New Year holiday.

You must enable the WP Backery Page Builder plugin for the site to work.
