Hey,
there seems to be a very unclear situation for the Users in this Case:
1.)User creates Account and chooses a Package with 3 Jobs for 30$. User creates first Job and pays with direct bank transfer.
2.) User checks his package under User Account packages. No package is there but a link to buy a package.
-> The pending package should be shown here to avoid, that the user is buying again!
3.) User wants to create second Job in the same package and is redirected to the page where he can choose a new package! But there is already a pending package for 3 Jobs.
-> The user should be able to add 3 Jobs to a package with 3 Jobs, even if the package is pending. Can you follow the Problem?

Thanks for your feedback.
Firstly, when the user bought a package successfully. He needs to wait for administrator verify this page and them change it to completed status. Now, his package is activated.
If the user doesn't wait for the administrator to verify his package and continue buying another package, it won't have meaning.
The important action is that the administrator needs to verify the status of package firstly. We are so sorry but we cannot do like your description.
Please check it carefully, then feedback us.
Best Regards,

5 years, 7 months ago #1072117Yes exactly and this is a Bug or at least a very unclear way of communication. The user is rebuying a new package or contacting support all the time because the bought package is not visible and he cannot add Jobs. We are using invoice as payment - that means the user has to wait at least 3-5 days to take the next action.
If a user buys a Package with 3 Jobs - then he should be able to add all 3 Jobs right away without wating days until payment arrives. The Jobs will be pending then - what is ok! What makes it even worse is that he can add the first Job but not the second and third. This is very confusing. User will prefere to buy packages with only one Job then.

Thanks for your feedback.
We read your post much time but honestly, we don't understand it clearly. Can you guide us the step by step which you found the issue? We will check it on our website directly.
In addition, can you provide us your solution about it? We also consider too. Because we didn't receive a complaint about the package before.
Thank you.
