I have installed jobmonster with the demo sites.
The layout with elementor is broken.

Dear, the Jobmonster Elementor demo is installed on your site. That problem because the demo data of Jobmonster use Elementor old version, i don't understand why it not work with elementor latest version.
To fix your problem: I use 'WP Reset' plugin to reset your site then go to admin menu 'Elementor -> Tool -> Version Control' and 'Rollback Version' elementor to version 2.7.5 then import elementor data demo of Jobmonster. Then I update Jobmonster to latest version.
Now, please check your site again.

Dear, If you want change your site to German, please go to admin menu 'Settings -> General -> Language' and change to 'German'
If you want translate Jobmonster theme, you can use Loco Plugin to do it.

2. To remove image on jobs page, please go to 'Customizer -> Job & Company -> Job List' and remove it in setting 'Insert Custom Content'
