Hi Jackie,
I am wondering if there is quick solution for an employer who created and manage the job to be handed (switching) over to another employer.
Of course I know this can be done by logging in as admin then head to the job editing page then changing under editor section.
However, I realized if the next employer to which I assign the job doesn't have any previous or current job assigned, it doesn't appear.
Like-wise, employer list page (show all from A-Z) doesn't show the employer who doesn't have any job listed either. Is there any quick fix to this?
Switching over the job can be done by next company creating any dummy job for the purpose of assigning then delete the dummy after but it is not the best way.At the same time, there is a request that view all employer (show all from A-Z) should output all the employers regardless of job posting status.
It would be great if you could support this.
P.S.
I have only 12 days of support left...:))) I might have to purchase another 6 months but it would be fantastic if you could support this before it gets run out.1 year, 8 months ago #1220096Hi.
Thank you for contacting us.
I have checked the source code for the company select field under the job settings. It still can get the company without any job. https://prnt.sc/a_iGR5FDdMiM
Please recheck it.
Thanks.

To show the company without a job on the company listing page, please go to Jobmonster/ Settings/ Company and check the "Show Company with no Job" option. Maybe your live site doesn't check this option.
Please recheck it.
Thanks.

When you delete the user, it still has the company info in the Jobs/ Company. For the company doesn't assign to the user, it will display N/A under the user column. https://prnt.sc/VAaEQTqI-Seo
Please recheck it again.
Thanks.

1. The agents ( company ) page will display all the companies in the back-end ( Jobs Companies ). If you don't want to display the company, you can remove the company via the back end. https://prnt.sc/9Lod4ckK0r9a
2. Yes, you can assign the job for the company list in the job edit via the back end. https://prnt.sc/htp8vsbv7sd0
If the job creates from the front end, it will auto-add the company info to this job.
The user doesn't exist, but the company info is still available in the Jobs/ Companies. That is why you can assign the job to the company. If you don't want to assign the job for the company without a user, you can remove the company without user info in the Jobs/ Companies dashboard.
Please recheck it.
Thanks.
1 year, 7 months ago #1220133Thank you so much for this Jackie.
I finally came to realize there is a wp-admin backend page to list view of agents (companies) at /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=noo_company
I could then delete companies that I used to think ghosts...!
Cheers:) -
