ALWAYS SHOW CART IN PRODUCT PAGE

Hello,

thanks in advance for your support. I am writing  because in my theme, desktop layout, I can't always leave the shopping cart visible on the pages of each individual product. Let me explain: when a customer clicks on the product sheet and click to add the product to the cart,  the cart on the top disappears and reduced himself to the three dots in the header. How can you always show it? (e.g. photo 1)

Also, on the homepage, if the customer click on the cart to review the product that he's buying, theme presents a quick review of the cart but the buttons at the bottom ( Add to cart and checkout) are visible only if the customer passes up with the mouse. How is it possible to make them always visible? (ex: photo 2)

I don't understand, if the MiniCart on Header always visible (without hover), it will overlay the on header menu or content. Why you want do it.
