Alignment Issue when editing page

Hi,

I just found that there are alignment issue when i adding new section / row /item on the page. Therefore, i tried to build the same section as the example. Even though, the section and all setting looks like exactly the same, the preview outcome is different.

Dear, that different because in Section 1 has background and in Row of section have setting 'Has Container' (see attachment) please kindly check again.
