between selecting a single job package to Job details, their is no step in between. Is n’t it to choose a payment method rather than going to the job details?

In short, No difference between selecting the free package, standard package and premium package. If the employers want to to select the premium package they can proceed without asking any form of payment. So, I need to get a system of differentiating the packages (if the employer selects a premium package they should be redirected to the payment page without redirecting to the job description page). I hope my point is clear now.
