I have check this topic demand and your respond on same.
I do agree every business has got set of different way to process.
But the customization and modification is always there and i really appreciate your support and technical team helping on priority that makes you success.
I would like to share my req. of adding resume fields to registration for as like Monster.com and other job portal. posting/uploading Resume doc later can understood.
Request your developer's to help with this in additional charges if any.

I just want all fields from Resume to be add in Registration form..and the fields will only appear for user/jobseeker/candidate...and for Employer the process will remain same as default theme.

Sorry, the Jobmonster not support move all resume fields to register form. It need add after register is completed.

You have supported us in many ways and always, for me this modification is very important.
Let us take this in different way.
At least can your team make duplicate fields of resume on registration form which hit same database table.
so next time for any reason user open resume form he will get same populated data which he can update if required.
please take this as very very important request and make this feasible. you can also arrange skype(girishgenxt) chat with your developer so the explanation and understanding goes much better.

We're can't help you to add all resume fields to profile of candidate, Please clearly: because in Jobmonster theme, the Candidate can create many Resume for each Job Categories and it save as custom post type in WordPress and it's separate with Candidate data.So, if use Resume field as profile field, the Candidate can't create different resumes.
Also, you can create/edit fields of Resume, so if Candidate want edit any resume field, they're need go to edit each resume.

Thank You for detailed Explanation, but in my domain case the candidate doesn't required additional resume.
At least one i received that is enough,
Do agree theme has got multiple resume option, but this condition is failing to atleast receive one Resume on my domain, if you check the ratio of Register Vs Resume is 10:4. here my all efforts fails.
My spending on promotion/advertising is not adding any advantage.
Can you now make this customization specific to my domain.
Its very much required.

Yes, i understand but i need more info: Candidate can create/edit/add more resume on your site ? If true. the all fields added on registration form will apply for which resume. Or you and give for me details request you want when add resumes fields to registration form.

Hello, the candidate might edit the experience and other fields but cannot add any more resume. I would request all fields from general can added to form with additional options of attach/upload resume as shown in monster.com.

Dear, i have check again, if i help you to add all resume field to registion form in Jobmonster theme, i will custom many core file and custom field of Resume of theme because the Jobmonster not work follow that case. So, i can't help you to do it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
