A few questions regarding your theme

Hi, i have some questions/issues regarding your theme.

 

1) Insite a single property edit i cannot see the tutles on the left part inside "property options" (Screenshot 1)

2) Inside a single property i have the normal contact form with date picker. Where can i set the reciever of the email? Is it the agency email, the agent or another email?

3) On iphone using safari/chrome the arrows inside a single property gallery does not work. On android it works smoothly, can you fix that?

Dear.

1. Please go to admin menu 'Palazzo -> Dashboard -> Install Plugins' and update Realty Portal plugin to latest version 1.2.7 and check your site again.

2. That form will save to admin menu 'Properties -> Request Viewing '

Hi, here are my answers.

1) I tried but i get an error, see screenshot. Maybe you can send me the zip file of the update.

2) Yes i have seen them, but i don't receive an email for the request, i need to have an email sent to my inbox i someone writes.

1. Please kindly send for me admin account and your site URL via private reply, I will check details to help you update plugin.

2.Sorry, the Theme not support send email, it only save to database and you can see it in backend and in Agent Dashboard

3. To fix your problem, please add custom CSS code on your site.

Thanks for the reality portal, now i see the labels again and i could translate them correctoly!

As for the email so i can't put another contact form inside the single property page?

Sorry, the theme not support you to add custom contact form on Single property page.
