    Hello,

    I'm facing an issue with Javascript. Hambuger menu does not work as well as tooltips.

    The console shows the error: Bootstrap's JavaScript requires jQuery version 1.9.1 or higher, but lower than version 3

    The newest theme version is installed.

    Upgrading theme to the newest version HELPED, but also had to clear the cache.

    Yes, after updating the script, you need to clear the cache on your site or server. Because the cache will cache the script file.
