Am using one of your theme, Job Monster and when i turn on schema for job it shows missing fields on google schema checker so can you assist me with that.
and the other question is i tried to use schema plugin, schema pro, but am having difficulty in mapping the right fields to it so how can i know the right fields of the theme for example organization name/company name, how do i find the right key/fields of the theme to map it to other schema plugin ?

The reason you didn't see any errors/missing field is because the theme schema was not on, currently schema pro plugin is active for the schema, but the problem is i couldn't find the right field to map to the plugin like organization name, currently the plugin is fetching the site title for all job posts company name, bottom line i couldn't find the right key field to map fields like organization name, organization URL .. when it comes to the built in schema of the theme it shows errors, to see that you can turn it on and check the errors on Rich Result test. you can see the screenshot on attachment below, and i want to know how to find the correct field name to map to other plugin also for example what is the right key field for organization name/company name on job post ? i do i find that ?

For the organization info, we have enabled the config "Schema Job posting" at Customize/ Job & Company/ Single job, now you will see the organization info.

with built in schema i know the organization name is working, i just want to know the field name to feed to other plugin to correctly map the name, but my question is, you have enabled the built in schema but as you can see there are fields missing like date posted , job location and additional fields like employment Type, baseSalary, validThrough .. as you can see on the screen shot below, you can check on Google Search's rich results

We have checked and found the missing field with job details style 2. We have added the schema field for that style. You can check it again.
For the company, it doesn't have the field on the job edit page. So you can't find the field for schema config.
You can use the custom field type for that field.

Expected Type- URL of hiring organization logo
2. addressCountry
Expected- fixed value that is Ethiopia
3. addressRegion
Expected- value from job location/parent location/
4. addressLocality
Expected- value from job location /sub location/

For the addressRegion and addressLocality, it will get the value from the Address field https://prnt.sc/qKmtjkbjs0Cf
Maybe you should create a custom field and add the value for that schema field.

1. For 'addressCountry' on google rich result test, at the end of the schema the 'addressCountry' repeat several times 7 times to be exact, i have attached the screen shot for you to see.
2. the Hiring Organization Logo is not showing up on google job search, i enabled manual schema plugin for the following job post and it works fine with the logo, you can check with the following job post link

additionally i have attached the screen shot of the result so you can compare and make it like this as follows
it has the hiring company url labeled sameAs and url of the company logo labeled Logo,
so it has name of the hiring company, url of the hiring company and logo of the hiring company.
so can you make it like this

We have checked and helped you add the custom code to show the scheme for the logo and address country field. Please backup this file to avoid the missing: wp-content/themes/noo-jobmonster/framework/job/job-template.php.
For the job full address, the order of the address field is:
"streetAddress"
"addressRegion"
"addressLocality"
"addressState"
"addressCountry"Please check it again.

The schema looks good but on google jobs its still not fetching the logo, does it take time to showup ? or have standard logo size ?
and at the end of schema its also listing related job company url can you correct that ? i have attached the screen shot.
