We have tweaked the PHP parameters already for the domain. The link is taking some time to load. Unwanted scripts can use excessive resources hence contact the developer and optimize the sites.
Our assistance to coding and developing is limited.

Dear, That not is problem of theme because it dependent to data you use, eg the Image in Slider you use image with big size, you need optimize image before use it in slider. Also, pelase read more this article to optimize your site.
