Hello,
All the theme plugins are installed and configurations are met but still the theme fails to import all the data. Especially images. Please help! After importing image 8, it gets stuck over and then fails to import.
Maybe that problem because timeout please increase Maximum Execution Time on your site and check again.

I am importing real estate details through an XML feed using WP all import plugin. All the data is getting imported except Gallery photos (property photo).We have only image url in the xml feed to insert, but your theme have meta id of the image for the property_photo column in the database.
What is the solution to import photos to property_photo? The featured image is getting imported. But we need property photo also. It seems not compatible with an xml data import.

Please dont consider my XML import issue as a problem under DEMO DATA IMPORT. Please consider this as another issue. I mentioned this issue under this thread, because I couldn't find any button to create a new topic to raise this issue.
The issue of Demo data import is solved. But I have this XML data import issue where I dnt get the gallery images imported. Seems like it can only be manually uploaded. Please suggest a solution.

Dear, Please kindly clearly: the property image in demo data use placeholder image. After import demo, you need edit each property or create new property to upload and change to use your image. You can't change it ?

Our company is an real estate company. We have 100s of properties being imported with XML feed. We cannot manually upload/edit each property gallery image or data. We dont have time nor human resource for this now. So thats why we rely on XML feed so it get updated automatically.
In your theme, when i checked the database and tables i could find that, under property_photo column its the meta_id being given as the value. And this meta_id is actually the id of the property gallery image which we manually upload. So it looks like unless we manually upload the gallery images, it wont come there through XML feed.
The xml feed have links of the images from another property portal.
Please suggest a solution how we can implement and display the gallery images when the data is imported through xml feed. This is very very IMPORTANT! otherwise, the entire website is a waste and your theme!

Dear, Please kindly clearly: The Palazzo is WordPress theme. It will use features of WordPress. Because the WordPress support Media manage - where you can upload the image use on your site.
With your problem, you need load image from xml file and save to Media manage of your site, then you will use image ID for 'property_photo'. Sorry, the Palazzo not support load image from other source.
