Separate page for a featured employer

Hi,

My client would like to create a separate page for one of their featured employers because this employer will be posting 12 jobs in one go and the client would like them to have their own individual feature page with all their jobs listed on one page.

Is there a way to adapt the drop down list in the noo jobs element to show a specific employers jobs.

So currently using the noo jobs element you can show featured or recent jobs only. How can I add the individual companies to that drop down list, so I can select active jobs roles from one specific company.
