TRANSLATION WITH WPML

Hi,

I read you favor WPML for the translation of the website with JOBMONSTER THEME.

Before buying the plugin i would like to be sure of something.

I want to translate my website but not everything. For examples, i want to translate MENU, pages (contat, about,...), the name of the job category, job tag, buttons... But i would like to keep only ONE "database" for the jobs, resumes, companies,...

Actually, with Polylang, if i'm on the english version and i create a job offer, a company page or a resume i will only find them on the english version. But i would like that evertyhing was find on all language, even if a job offer is in english, i want to find it in the frensh version.

The thing is that one job offer have so one category but with few translation... f.e.   Agences de Voyage in french and Travel Agencies in English. There will have so 2 differents slug but with same content from the initial language chosen by the recruiter.

So with Polyland, when i go to the Agences de Voyage category, i won't find the job offer if the language is english, and if i go to Travel Agencies, i won't find the job offer if the language is french.

I just want to create translation to help visitors with our native language but keep only one language (chosen by the candidate, companies,...) for the job offers,...
