Developer deserted my website – help (Transfer site to my server)

I was working with a developer. He decided to abandon the project. He said he didn’t have the time to complete it. He sent me the files to the site plus the source code. At least that’s what I think I got. I won’t know for sure until I get another developer to actually look at what he sent me. I’ve asked him to upload the site to my server but he won’t do it. Since I bought the template and sent him the template to customize will I have to buy the template again? The files that he sent me, I believe, will contain the JobMonster template and  the customization he’s made. Will I need to buy another template? is there anything else I should have asked him to send me? I know when I bought the JobMonster template it was only good for one domain. Meaning I couldn’t use the template for various websites. Am I still going to be able to upload this on my website even though the developer worked on this, on his server?
