I turned off my berocket filter plugin on my website and checked it again. But still the category filter in this is not working. How to solve this problem? As only one category products are visible.
Also I had a pre sale question about the filter plugin especially that will it be compatible or not. I was told that your team will work in your plugin so that there is no compatibility issue.

Dear, please kindly clearly: The plugin is use custom query to display products on your site, it not use Main Query of shop page to show products, mean, it can't not work with filter on shop page.

Can you hide the category filter in the noo products layout since it is not working? Also is their a way that your noo products layout work with the be rocket filter plugin? As it is not possible to add each product by custom query.

Dear, please check Setting 'Select category' of widget on Elementor, i think the widget only display product of one category product because you select category.
