Whenever a candidate or employee uploads his pic in some other format, it does not get uploaded ut his form gets submitted. This way candidate/employee complete his profile without uploading genuine photo. Can we restrict him by asking him to upload his photo in the required format only else form won't get submitted?
Similarly, when asking to upload a resume in word format and pdf format separately, at times candidates do not provide details in the required format and upload any data anywhere. Can we restrict candidates to upload pdf and word documents separately?
