future updates

Hi

Can you help me understand how Resume suggests and Job suggests feature works?

Which keywords or category does it exactly consider to suggest?

In future updates, can we look for possibilities to give this control to users so that they can decide what kind of job /resume they wish to get suggested Such that they can select those elements on their own and get recommendation as per their preference??

In future updates, I am still looking forward to get an interface for candidates and employees where as an admin, I can see/modify/update the email format which is sent to candidates/recruiters such that admin may attach some special text messages along with.
