Hi,
Since upgrading to version 4.6.1 we've had a few issues with users being redirected back to the login page after they have logged in. While navigating the site, the website incorrectly thinks they are logged out, and because they are already logged in they are repeatedly shown the Member page instead and are unable to progress with actions that require the user to be logged in.
One example is someone who wanted to buy a package. They were already logged into their account and from the package page they select a package. Instead of redirecting them to the checkout page, it asks them to log in - because they are already logged in it takes them to the Member Page (Manage Jobs) instead. This loop occurred repeatedly, and they were unable to simply purchase a package. To bypass it they had to go via the Post Job form and purchase a package from there.
We also have a candidate who is logged in but unable to access any of the features without being asked to log in again/be redirected to the Member page.
This isn't happening the majority of the time, but when it does it's quite problematic, as we are unable to help them bypass this loop.
I hope I've explained it well and it makes sense!
Many thanks,
M
3 years, 10 months ago #1205033Your site have user cache plugin ? if right, I think that problem because cache plugin on your site not delete cache when user login, please check cache plugin setting again to disable cache when user login or disable cache plugin on your site to check again.
Best regards.

Yes, I think this might be the case. The setting is "do not show logged in users a cached version of the site" but it was apparently doing that anyway.
Many thanks for your help!
