Dear, To fix you prblem. please delete Jobica Core plugin on your site then go to menu 'Appearance -> Install plugins' and install Jobica core v1.2.6 again.

Yes, if you want change it in file, please switch your site to use Jobica child theme, then copy file 'wp-content/themes/jobica/layouts/resume/list_comment.php' paste to 'wp-content/themes/jobica-child/layouts/resume/list_comment.php' then you can edit text in file 'wp-content/themes/jobica-child/layouts/resume/list_comment.php'

Dear, in current version not support to disable text when hover review star, we're will check and to support disable it in next update version.
Also, i check review form on Jobica i see it still it display on mobile. but i can't see Resume review form on desktop to check. you not enable it ?

Dear, if review without logeed will cause spam problems and only Employer can write review for Resume.
Also, i see a problem when use Job type field with checkbox type, Please go to menu 'Jobica -> Custom Fields -> Jobs' and change Job type field to multi-select to fix your problem.
