hi nootheme support, i’ve got a very serious prob when i try to import theme data using elementor option ,i follow all steps needed(installing required plugins and correcting required pages, inserting the purchase code) before clicking on import button but it show me an error message at the end of importing process, please help

It's been 6 days and I am still waiting on a reply from you. My work is put on hold since I am unable to import demo, as well as editing certain pages with elementor. Is there another way to contact you and get assistance (since that is what has been promised upon purchasing JobMonster). I really hope we can work this out sooner than later as my contractee is getting itchy.
hey, thx for the reply, however it is marked as private. Even though I get the email with the excerpt (first few words of your private reply) I am not able to view the rest here in the forum (even though I am logged in, relaoded and stuff...)

Sorry for delay reply because i missing email notice of your reply, now i will check your site to help you.
When i check your site i see your site have data, now i will use WP Database Reset to reset data on your site to avoid duplicate data, I can reset you site https://beesocial.at/ ?

Dear team,
as I am still waiting on a reply to another post, I am checking here - plus I was wondering why you installed the demo on the actual theme instead of the already installed child theme (as suggested by you).
The idea is to see the demo on the child theme as a reference (as I am still trying to fully grasp the way JM works), but build my own side on the actual theme in the meantime.
Anyways, I am facing two major issues (among some others) - although I change the logo in the customizer, your Logo is still showing on the website. Secondly the translation plugin Loco is not working for some reason...
You have my credentials and I am asking you to reply and look into this.
