I was told to update the theme to fix the date of birth problem. I updated it as told but now my site does not respond. I have tried opening it on different computers, using different browsers and wifi connections. Nothing. I always fear updating this theme because it seems every time I do, other things get broken. I don't even know what the problem is at this point. I just need one of your genius supporters to just help me figure it out.

No, it's not. I don't understand what you mean by it works. I can't seem to open a page without it telling me it's not responsive or needing me to refresh it, hence getting rid of any updates made. Check it out again, please.

My site is not working as expected. I have reached out to WordPress support they said I should contact the theme creators. I have paid someone from FIVERR to check it out and they couldn't figure out what was wrong but said there seems to be a long-running script in the background that is preventing the site from loading on time and crashing.
Please, I can't afford to start building another site from scratch. I really need someone to help me look at it. Even if we have to restore the site to a previous version, I just need someone to help me out. I have spent money and time and I still don't have a solution, Please!
