hey am using free Front End Pm plugin that comes with your theme , as a admin i can make announcement but i didn't find any way where other users like employer or candidate can read this announcement . please help me on this
Dear.
I have check again. i see a problem when update Database in Front End PM plugin new version. To fix your problem, please flow steps:1. Go to admin menu 'Front End PM -> settings' and check to setting 'Remove Data on Uninstall?'
2. Deactive 'Front End PM' then delete plugin, because plugin have problem when update database, mean, need delete old database of plugin to fix that problem.
3. Install and active plugin again.Best regards.

Dear, please kindly update Jobmonster theme on your site to latest version 4.6.0.6.1 from ThemeForest.
After update theme, please go to admin menu 'Front End PM -> Settings -> Security' and check to setting 'Enable Announcements' then check Announcements function on your site again.
