Hi Team,
the session times out while developing sites & ip gets blacklisted, we have to restart our router or ask our server to unblock and they are saying this happens due to poorly writtne php/database scripts running continuously without closing when the relevant function is finished.
Can you please check on this and let us know what we can do or if you can fix this.
The Site UTL is https://www.jobsalli.com

Can you tell me the specific php / database scripts that your hosting mentioned?
Best regards,
tb.

They have not mentioned anything specifically But they have pointed out it is an issue with the coding.
4 years, 7 months ago #1091884I am having difficulties making adjustments to my website because it keeps getting timed out.
Requesting immediate support!4 years, 7 months ago #1091927Hi,
You can send me a few screenshots or screen shot videos to better understand the problem you are having with Jobmonster.

4 years, 7 months ago #1092515Hi.
Whether I am updating plugins or the theme.
Whether I am updating or making changes in the pages. The server keeps on timing out, please refer to the attached.
This is making my life a living hell, I can not be resetting my IP address for this. There has to be a solution to this and my hosting company has suggested looking into the theme coding since that's where the error is.
So please advise on this!

You should increase the value for PHP time limit.
When you update Themes or plugins, you will update them via 3rd party servers. Response time may need to be greater than 60s. You can increase them from 100-200s and try again.
You can refer this post:

What about the other times when I am just updating the pages and content?
Why does it show a timeout then?4 years, 7 months ago #1109786Hi,
You go to this post http://wp.nootheme.com/docs/jobmonster/
and find to "Requirements for JobMonster" to clarify.
4 years, 7 months ago #1117620Hi Tin,
Even after updating after referring to the recommended setting, I am receiving server time out!
Please help me justify it!4 years, 7 months ago #1119866Hi,
How can i reproduce this error. I tried updating the post and page, but this error does not appear.
Does the error exist when you activate the default WordPress theme instead of Jobmonster?
