Hi, I have a few questions and problems I have collected during the website development. First of all - I know a bit about php/html and you can give me suggestions for code changes.
website sense:
Candidates and employers can register - but Admin should manage everything (job activations and applications). Actually I have solved it this way:
Company posts a job --> admin creates a new job and publishes it, so when applications come, the admin gets the applications --> then the admin sends the applications to the companies. (Admin is a Reqruiter)
Is there a better way to solve this? So that the applications go to the admin first, and need a confirmation?
The application should be public. The applicants have to give their e-mail address. Why not create an account? Is there a possibility for it?
I have the following errors:
- On the Job Apply Form I used File Upload. On the iPhone these cannot be clicked. On mobile phone / PC the following error occurs if you are not logged in: Error: -200, Message: HTTP Error, File: filename.pdf
- The display image in the dashboard is very pixelated
- When I edit the resume (location, category) the information is deleted after saving, as well as in the profile settings.
How can I implement these functions?
- public application process -> account should be created!
- If you want to add a job or resume, you can do it directly, without selecting a template.
- If job is active, do not allow editing
- Remove RSS job feed icon from Job Site
Translations that do not work:
- Oops! That page can't be found on the 404 page.
- On the Job-Alarm page in the dashboard the show entries, previous & next button are still in english. All other pages have been translated.
- How can I change the placeholder "search" in the search fields? Example: search Category in the Job Sidebar.
Sorry for all the questions, but I thought I would collect everything first and not create many threads.

All Applications after applying the default will be in "pending" state. If you want to default to "publish", you'll need to find the file noo_application.php (/ wp-content / plugins / jobica-core / framework / admin /) and change code:

You configure who can apply for jobs on your site.
Even for Login users, when "apply for job", they can still change the email to receive the results if desired.

Please update the last new version (1.2.2). This issue has been fixed on this version.

There is currently no Show/hide RSS button option. We will update it in a subsequent release this month.

But I would like them to be pending with the admin and not be shown to the company yet - not until the admin activates them. Like the job listing: Company posts job--> admin approves it --> job is published.

This would be very helpful, because if I only give a template for selection, it is unnecessary to give the candidate or the company the choice.

Sorry, but this is not the way Jobmonster works. Administrators will approve the Application. Companies will either personally approve or reject an application.

- Iphone: I think your chat box has created an overlay on the button -> cannot be clicked.

We lln't create accounts for users through the Apply for Job function.
eg: If you already have an account, you can manage and follow status of your applied jobs and applications in My Applications. If not you can wait email feedback from us.
You can currently change the content of the message to be more suitable.
Jobica -> Settings -> Email Templates -> Candidate Email
