Transfer domain name

Hello job monster team, hope you are all well

I was hoping to get some assistance with my website.

I have recently transferred my website to a new domain name as I was unable to be ranked well with SEO in Google search engines.

However I have noticed since doing this I have come across some issues I was hoping you could know the solutions to.

1) I am unable to sign into the website using the google+ and Facebook links anymore I am receiving error 400 redirect_uri_missmatch ?

2) with my yoast plugin the Search console tab has disappeared and I am not sure if this is due to update to plugin or caused by my site migration to new domain ?

This was my main concerns about my website at the moment was hoping you could help me fix these problems.
