I only found a way to change the color of the link hover of the right side column, but how do you change middle and left sided column as well?

If you go to http://www.vetcareertraxx.com, for the footers, the 2nd and 3rd columns if you hover over, they match the background and get washed out. If you see for the forth column I was able to change the hover color to a darker color to appear. I am not sure how to change the hover color for 2nd and 3rd column.
