Hi,
I would like that the employer doesn't get the application for a job. It has to be the site admin. So, I would like to change the email recipient of the application.
The idea is that the website is not a traditional jobboard. Candidate and employer have to deal with us to find a job or a profile.
How to do this ?

4 years, 9 months ago #1084099Hi,
Sorry, but this is not how Jobmonster works. You can charge users when they post a job or post a resume on the website.
With the application, it will always be sent to the person who created the Job.
This is only true when you're the person posting the job on the site, not another company.
Best regards,
tb.

Thank you for your answer.
Are you sure we can not change how jobmonster work ?
It's really a problem for me because I run a temporary recruitment agency. Candidate and companies must not have direct relations with each other. The first ones deal with us because of our partnerships with companies. The second ones turn to us because of our skills in sourcing.
Is there really no way ?

4 years, 9 months ago #1084126Hi,
We currently do not offer custom services on Jobmonster.
Instead of customizing you can do it this way:
You will be the one who posted the Job to the website (The Job is taken from your partner). Website allows candidates to register only. When they apply for a job, all resume will be sent to you.

How to do that ?
If I understand, candidates will have no access to compagnies. That's what I would like. But I would like that compagnies have absolutely no access to the resumes. They have to deal with us because of our sourcink skill.
Is it possible to do that ?

4 years, 9 months ago #1084213Hi,
My solution is:
The site only allows Candidate to register an account. Only 1 company (that's you). You will be the one who takes the Job from your partners and post it on the website. When a candidate apply for job, only you will have profile information.
Best regards,
tb.

4 years, 9 months ago #1084279Hi,
Thank you for your answer.
If only candidates can register, I have to post job offer. But I have to find ways for companies to send me job offer. Haven't it ?
I have another problem : I created a company account. After implementing your solution, I can still post job offer ! I delete the account in the back office (job offer>compagnies) but I can still use it.
So, how to definively delete it ?
