Hi,
i got really tired trying to make it work..
I tried upload the quickstart and install both joomla and template from it...i get a blank page for site
and a not-working login form for administrator.
I tried to install joomla and then upload quickstart as extension...joomla totally crashes and demands reinstalling.
I tried to install joomla and then extract quickstart in root directory...fail as well
I got it online only for some minutes while i was changing php versions in plesk...
But i didn't manage to do it again. Plus it is supposed to be compatible with 7.3
