Need Help.

Been in contact via email and all of a sudden no reply.

My website broke down on the day someone was helping me fix an issue i had with my star ratings for the company. I had thought it was the new plugin installed by support. I dont want to go into details on this cos i got upset in the email as to why my site was abandoned after uninstalling my plugins.

Ever since then, i have sent several messages with no reply.

Right now i feel like a crazy person, asking for help on wordpress.org when the issue i am having is with the theme.

I kinda feel i am being ignored deliberately cos even on the template comment section on envato, i have dropped several comments with no reply.

I think i would feel a lot better if i was told, "hey look no one is gonna reply you cos...." instead of this.
