Thanks for contacting us.
1- We added this Custom CSS segment to Customizer > Additional CSS to remove the apply for job button:
.job-action.hidden-print.clearfix{display:none;}
2- Go to Settings > JM Jobmonster > Member > Who can Register: Disable Register.
3- Remove the post job button from Frontend, you can go to Customizer >Header> Navigation Bar> Turn Off The Show Post Job/ Resume Button and Show User Menu button also.
Please check, then feedback us.
Thank you.

5 years, 4 months ago #1077169Hi support,
This is great, but now when the user (student) signs in, there's not link to sign out.
Also, can you make the expiration date defaulted to 30 days after the post date?
Thanks,

Thanks for your feedback.
1- Can you explain this point? Because you want to disable register/login feature so why do you need to the sign out button?
2- Currently, the expired date of the job is configured following package so as we told above, you should create a free package then set the Expired Date in here.
Thanks.

5 years, 4 months ago #1077203Hi again,
- The site will be exclusive to some students, they will sign into the site, see the list of jobs and sign out. They can be in our educational institution. I fixed this.
- Done free package has been created, but I don't see how can I apply it to a company or by default to all the companies, please help me with this.
Thanks!

Thanks for your feedback.
We tried to get access to your website then turn on User Menu to check this issue. However, when we clicked to Manager Plan, it redirected to the Blog page. Similarly with the post job button. Did you change the source code of them?
Please check, then let us know how to check your above issue?
Thank you.

Unless I'm doing it wrong, but I don't see the expiration date to be defaulted to one month.
Thanks

Thanks for your feedback.
We checked job package on your site again, it works fine. Please see this image https://prnt.sc/om965a
The expired time is 1 month.
Please check it again, then feedback us.
Thanks.NooTheme
5 years, 3 months ago #1077471You got it all wrong
I don't want the package to be expired. I don't even need woocommerce.
All I need is when you post a new job, the expiration date or closing date get automated to 1 month when you post a new job.
5 years, 3 months ago #1077503Any resolution or status on this?
Your support is very poor. What do I need to do to request a refund on this purchase?

Thanks for your feedback.
Currently, Jobmonster has used WooComerce to build job package. Therefore, you need to use the Job Package if you want to limit the expired job. In addition, this feature is also a powerful feature of Jobmonster theme.
We are really sorry because we don't have a separated option if you don't want to use the WooCommerce plugin.
Thanks for your understanding.

5 years, 3 months ago #1077525I think you still don't understand my question, can you please look at the video?
I can use woocommerce..... no problem as long this helps me with what I'm trying to accomplish
I don't want the PACKAGE TO EXPIRED I want all the jobs that I manually enter on the backend to close or expired after 1 month
5 years, 3 months ago #1077526If I add a new job today (8-1-19) the job will close and expired automatically in one month (9-1-19) and this will be shown on the job lists

Thanks for your feedback.
In Jobmonster theme, there are 2 processes of Job:
1- If you post a job from Dashboard with administrator role: You need to set exactly the Expired Date and Closing Date for your job. Because 2 fields cannot set automatically one or two months as your desired. Besides, if you want to make this feature, we will try to discuss with our developer and maybe they can help you to change our source code. However, you need to pay some extra fee for it.
2- If you are an employer and you can post a job from the front page. The Expired Date and Closing Date will be filled automatically based on the Job package which you bought.
Please check our answer carefully, then feedback us.
Thank you.

I am so sorry for the misunderstanding.
You totally enable job expired date automatically 1 month if you don't want to use WooCommerce plugin.
Please go to JM Jobmonster > Settings > Jobs > Job Duration(day) then enter a number of days in this option. It will help you to set expired job automatically. Also, see this image: https://prnt.sc/on9zkg

Because you configured JM Jobmonster> Settings > Action Control> Post Job: Employer with paid package. In this case, please change Post Job: Employer then navigate to Jobs tab, you will see the Job Duration option.
Please check your site again because we configured to display Job Duration successfully on your site.
Thanks.

5 years, 3 months ago #1077979I'm not sure how to explain this better, but you're not understanding it.
When I post a new job from the DASHBOARD I want the closing date and expiration date exactly one month populated on those fields.
Closing Date = Expiration Date = Post Date + 30 days (or 1 month)
Please see the old post with the videos again:
-------
All I need is when you post a new job, the expiration date or closing date get automated (POPULATED) to 1 month when you post a new job.
This was one of my presale questions, they told me that this was possible.
If this cannot be done, I would need a refund.
Thanks
5 years, 3 months ago #1077980by the way the title of this "topic" should be called also "Automation Closing Date"

Hi I made those two presale questions, and I got the answers. Can you tell me how to:
1. Yes, you can remove the apply for job button on the job details and disable the candidate account.
2. Yes, you also can disable the company account and post a job via the dashboard.

Thank you for all your quick responses, I have another presale question. We are an educational institution, and we want to use this for all our graduates. There won’t be resume or CV uploads or applying for jobs. All they will see it’s job openings post by our personnel.
There won’t be companies posting the jobs, administration personnel will do this. Can we make this theme work for our needs? also the job post form is a form that can be customized eliminating, adding, and ordering the fields?
Thanks!
