Hi,
I see from other threads that there has been a problem with the lost password link in earlier versions of the theme, which has been resolved in the latest theme. I have a problem with updating to the latest theme because I have customisations (done through JobMonster developers via ThemeForest) that need to be adapted to work with the latest theme versions - is there any chance someone could fix the lost password link on my site until the developers have resolved the theme incompatibilities, please? Or, if it's a straightforward adjustment, point me in the right direction to resolve it?
Many thanks.

Thanks for contacting us.
We are not only to update the lost password issue but we also update other functions for Jobmonster theme. Therefore, we highly recommend you to update the newest version of our theme to get them.
If you have the customizations on your site. We think that you should backup them or the best way is that write it to your Child Theme. This is very convenient for you in the future. In addition, we also support a blank child theme so you can install then google it to learn more about how to use it.
Thank you.

5 years, 4 months ago #1076566Hi Tracy,
Thanks for your reply. The customisations are already in a child theme, but are not compatible with the latest versions of Job Monster, only up to version 4.5.1.2, so the website breaks if I update to a newer theme version of JobMonster. Therefore it is going to take time to prepare our website to upgrade to the latest version of JobMonster, which we will do as soon as the developers have made the customisations compatible.
With this in mind, please can you advise if there is an easy way to fix the lost password link in version 4.5.1.2 so that in the meantime our customers can at least log into their accounts if they've forgotten their password?
Many thanks.

Thanks for your feedback.
We are really sorry but your version is too old. It is very difficult to fix. Can you explain what changes on your site? As you told, the customizations on your site are conflicted with the latest version so we want to know it.
In addition, please provide us with your website's URL, admin account and FTP account privately via checking Set as private reply checkbox. We will check your site.
Thanks.

We have checked your site and helped you fix the issue.
Maybe have the cache at the home page, everything on the home page can't change via the source code.
Please check it and let us know again.
Thanks.
