Hi team,
I have redesigned client site that uses nootimetable. They currently have version 1.0.1 installed.
I bought the current version from code canyon and tried to update via Automatic Update Plugin using licence from code canyon. I doesn't seem to work. Also, I am having problems formatting the Class and Trainer URLS.
There must be some type of conflict as when the plugin is active, the sites is slow.
Your advice would be appreciated.

We are so sorry for the late response because we joined the summer holiday of our company so we cannot help you during that time.
1- There are some cases that your server isn't compatible with our server that's the reason why you cannot update automatically. Therefore, you should download our plugin from ThemeForest then upload it via WordPress or FTP.
2- About confliction, please provide us with your FTP account privately then our developer will check this issue soon.

No the issue doesn't appear to be a performance issue. The site is slow when the noo timetable plugin is active.

I've added your email thanks.
I've also looked at possible theme conflicts and the site is still slow, when nootimetable active, using default WordPress theme.
I've enabled Enfold performance options and added plugin Autoptimize to boost performance but appears the nootimetable plugin still causing an issue.
From my host:
- Deactivating the plugin in a test environment drastically improves the sites overall performance
- nootimetable is indeed throwing a few slowerrors on the site, along with the Enfold theme:
- Common slow_error sources:
- 9 wp-content/plugins/noo-timetable/
- 5 wp-content/themes/enfold/
