I bought the TIMETABLE plugin through ENVATO market (kino).
I couldn't install it because I already have the plugin (via one of your theme YOGI). If I have already have a full version of Timetable via YOGI, I would like to ask for the refund.
All I want is to use the option "Japan anime" schedule by TIMETABLE plugin on Yogi theme.
If I need the full version of TIMETABLE to use the option "Japan anime" schedule, could you tell me how to install full version of the TIMETABLE I bought?

That means you have used Yogi theme already, haven't you?
We don't sure about "Japan anime" can you explain it?
If you bought the Timetable plugin via ThemeForest market, you have had a full version of the timetable. Please tell us the issue which you have met. We will check it now.

On envato market Noo Timetable plugin page
Live Preview
On the live preview of NOO TIMETABLE, there is a option called Japan Anime. Please see the screenshot image from the live preview page.
I have 2 issues.
#1 I cannot install TIMETABLE plugin because WP says I already have the plugin.
#2 I don't know how to set up like Japan Anime (if and after I can install the plugin)
I think I could install but it is same plugin came with Yogi theme. So can I have refund please?

Thanks for your feedback.
The Timetable plugin which we have sold on Envato is different with Timetable plugin in Yogi theme. Because on Envato, we also integrated more functions and features in it. In the future, you can receive many updates from us so we think that you should keep it to use.
To configure the layout as your image, please add Noo Schedule shortcode then choose Source: Event. After that, navigate to Design Options, you will have Event Item Style then choose your desired style.
If you cannot set up this configuration, please provide us your website's URL and admin account then we will help you to make it.
