Hello,
1) I would like to remove the "Post A Job" option in the Employer's Sub-Menu. (This is because each of my job packages is based on only one job, and there is no reason to upgrade a package.)
2) The employer logo looks funny in the following situations (please see 4 screenshots):
- When Employer is logged in. ("Post A Job")
- When the public clicks on "Search Jobs."
- When the public clicks on "Search Companies" it's fine at first ("Search Companies_1"), but then when they click the company, one logo is dark and one is too big ("Search Companies_2").

Regarding #1 above. I still want to remove "Post A Job" in the Employer Sub-Menu because it takes me to a page that says the Employer needs to upgrade - and I don't want this page. (All of my job packages only have ONE job. If an employer wants to have a second job ad, they need to purchase another package.)
As you can see in my screenshot, there are 2 job ads listed... but it took a long time for me to get the second one! I had to buy another job package, and then I had to click on "Post A Job" in the Employer Sub-Menu.
So my idea to you: can you have a "Post Job" button on the Employer's Dashboard > Jobs?
By the way, when I tried to "clone job" and then pay for it, it didn't let me change the attachment even though it was a different job. That is why I would also like to request that you delete the "clone job" function under the Employer Dashboard > Jobs. Is this possible?

We are so sorry for the late response because we had a weekend so we cannot help you during that time.
1- Currently, Jobmonster theme doesn't provide an option to delete Post Job Menu on Employer submenu and add it to Employer Dashboard. However, if you still want to make it, I will discuss with our custom team developer then they can help you with an extra fee.
2- You can add this Custom CSS segment to Customizer > Additional CSS to remove Clone Job button:
span.btn-clone-job{display:none;}

Thanks for your feedback.
Because you don't have a background for your image, that's the reason why your image will get the black background of the header. For instance, you can add this Custom CSS segment to see:
.noo-page-heading .noo-company-heading .noo-company-info .noo-company-avatar img {
background: white;
}
In this case, you should upload a company logo which has a white background color again on your site.

Thank you - I understand about the background color.
How about the circle shape? Is there any chance that this can be adjusted to allow for other logo types to be added (like rectangles, squares) without them being cut off?
