Dear Ma'am,
I have again upgrade my site and again the same problem occur on my site. All CSS animation blocked on my site and video on my site are not coming in Pop Up as it is set to Pop up Play and Logo is not coming in it place it is also due misclashing of CSS code in Customization or somewhere else and Forget Password page is going lost after enabling or disabling Email Login Registration from Member From Setting. CSS animation below at bottom above footer on home page and Video play on my site not working and have still Forget Password issue when Email login enabled or disabled. I think there is some clash over some codes in the Additional CSS Code.
I have provided FTP and Login Details given above, kindly check and rectify the problem.

I think the issue from the cache plugin on your site. Please clear your cache plugin when you updating the theme.
As I see, you also change the wp-admin password, FTP account. So we can't help you fix that issue.
One more thing, we don't a scam company. And we don't add the bug to our theme on each updated version. On the next version, we always want to bring a new feature to the customer.

This problem still persist. CSS animation on my site are still blocked and Yellow bar at front and pop up video are not playing on pages.
