when I am logged in as company, have created job posting and then try to click featured (see screenshot). I am unable to do so. Even though, the system is telling me I have 2 job features available.
5 years, 5 months ago #1073750Hi again.
we have a check that featured on our site. It still works fine.
Can you give us your site admin account? We will help you check it again.
Thanks.

Thanks for your feedback.
We tried to get access to https://krujobs.com/
using your above admin account but unsuccessfully.
Please help us to check your information again and make sure that it worked fine. In addition, you should provide us with your FTP account exactly, it is convenient for us to help you.
Thanks so much.

Thanks for your feedback.
We have got access to your website then created an employer account then tested this issue. However, we still set a featured status for a job normally. Please see the attached image.
In addition, you can use tracybui/123456 - this is an employer which we used to check it.
Best Regards,
NooTheme

This is suddenly working now for me and my team. However, it was not working prior.
Was there any changes made to my site? If so, please share what the changes are so i can troubleshoot myself.
If not, that's pretty worrisome as the issues happen intermittently and resolve the same way. It is critical to understand the root problem as we are setup to go to market in a few days, but we cannot have teh site suddenly stop working.
This is the 3rd issue (support issue) that has resolved without an explanation.
5 years, 5 months ago #1074033Hi again.
We don't change any source code on your site. As you see, we have the option featured job limit on each package. Please check it again.
Thanks.
