Hello again,
When users register,they are being addressed their loging ID/Email, instead of their name. That's is really bad business practice. Could you please guide me how to fix this?

I understand your explanation. But, what I am talking about is that when someone fills or registers the site using this form, they get auto notification email and that email Addresses them their User name. I want that email addresses them their 1st name. Remember, USER NAME isn't their 1st name. I hope that's enough explanation

This is very simple, but also important function to have it. Again, I said when anyone registers the site they get AUTOMATIC email and it addresses the users either their user name or Email address. This unprofessional. The email should have option to address Users 1st name or full Name. You don't have function built in your theme , unless I downloaded wrong version. See attached screenshot
This theme lacks major function that;s important for business. I can't use its its current form, therefore, please fix or refund the money. I am not a complainer, if you can fix or tel me how to fix this issue, I would be very happy to keep it, otherwise kindly refund my money.

Currently, we don't support 2 fields [first_name] and [full_name] as your desired. It isn't an issue, it is a feature.
In case, we will discuss with our developer about it then try to add it in Jobmonster theme as soon as possible.

Its bad business practice for not calling/addressing your customers to their 1st name, last name or full name. You can't treat them like an unknown characters.
I request my Fee to be refunded, please .

We are so sorry but we cannot solve your refund because we also provide many impressive features in Jobmonster theme and you also considered carefully before buying our theme.
As you can see, the registration form is based on a username and email address. Therefore, it easily understands why we only provide 2 fields in Email Template.
About your question, we discussed with our developer then they will consider adding to the jobmonster theme but we need much time to check it. We cannot make it now because there are many requests from other customers which we need to serve not only you.

Yes, I considered before I purchased and looked at the theme demo, but you didn't disclose the limitation of your theme as well when it comes automating emails to the customers.
Please don't ruin your reputation...treat your customers with respect.

We are always patient and treat our customers as King but it should be suitable for each circumstance.
We are hardworking to update Jobmonster theme every day but it cannot cover all requirements customers.
For each requirement, our developer needs to consider carefully before adding it in Jobmonster theme. For your request, we will try to discuss with our developer and try to update it as soon as possible.
If you want to make it immediately, we can hire a freelancer to help you then you can pay the money for it.

I understand your reasoning, but the feature is critical part of any business. I am sure you would agree with me that if you have business relationship with someone, you won't like them if they call you your login ID or Email address 🙂
Having said that, I am not here to complain, but looking for solution. Your offer isn't reasonable, you want me to pay someone so he can fix your mistake!

We will consider the option to add the name field to the registration form. With the company, the name is the company name, and with the candidate, the name is full name.

Thank you for considering to fix the issue. Just remember, there's always someone who is responsible for the company. When the auto email is going to the company who is going to register the site, you don't want the email/letter to say, Example, Dear NOOTHEME. You want that email to say the person's name/full name, (as long as its not their user ID or Email).
Ps, Do you have time line/approx time when this will be implemented?
