For your question:
Currently, there are 2 parts in the job details including Custom Fields and Job Description.
If you select the custom fields which display before, you will have the layout which Custom Fields section display firstly. Similarly, for others case.
Can you check it, then feedback us.

That function was not displaying properly, however, I have updated the code myself.
Currently, I only have one outstanding ticket out to your team re: the application including the candidate profile.
