    Hi,

    Today is coming new update with 4.5.2.4

    when i first look i see update is available in my dashboard

    and also available wordpress update 5.1.1

     

    after i install wordpress update first , i don;t see any upadate for theme as attach

    Maybe you should to check or re-input the purchase code to JobMonster/ Quick setup again.

    Please go to Appearance/ theme, you will see the updated notice.

    I think the issue from your back-end template, it doesn't show the update notice under the dashboard/ updated.

    Thanks for your reply. Yes I try deactivate my back end template and also try deactivate a lot of plugin  and refresh to update but i don;t get any message for update . Please help me check with my admin account for this issue. Thank you very much

    Thanks for your feedback.

    Same as other customers issue, it seems that your server isn't compatible with our server. That's the reason why you didn't see any update notification. In case, please download the latest version of Jobmonster theme on ThemeForest market then find theme package, add it to WordPress Dashboard or FTP.

    In addition, don't forget to backup all customization files before updating.

    I have the same problem. I dont see the updated notice in my back-end template. And I also dont see a theme version number on downloaded folder

    Hi,

    First, make sure you have updated the purchase code here:

    Later, you go to Dashboard -> Update ->  check again.

    (Version Theme in style.css file of parent theme  http://prntscr.com/r0l8nc)
