Sorry ... I only speak basic English.
I´d like that you see my website naturahouse.es, because I´ve many final problems.
When I click on "Load more" on the Home page, the action is "Loading ..." and the list don´t charge finally. I don´t now why happen that ... ¿?.
As second problem is about the Compare page: we can´t see the first column of "Features" on mobile devices down 768px.
It´s posible a permalink naturahouse.es/listing_offers/postname or directly naturahouse.es/postname in the properties URL´s in all situations. I can to translate the category "properties" or any taxonomy?. Anyway, the taxonomy "listing_offers" could be an slug for URL to generate a stable permalink?.
I need to resolve all my problems ... If necessary, I could to contract your services: I like very much your theme.
I´m waiting for your answer.

1- We have got access to your website then checked this issue. In this case, please give us your admin account and FTP account privately via checking Set as private reply checkbox. We will check this issue soon.
2- We also checked your website in 768x1024 resolution, it still works fine. Please see this image: https://prnt.sc/moh2qm
You should check it again, then describe your question as clearly as possible if you get another point.
3- We are so sorry but we cannot help you to change the permalink as your desired.

1- We have got access to your website then we found out your version which you have used was an older version. Please update your website to the newest version to get rid of issue 1.
2- We also checked our website about this issue. Currently, we also have hidden Additional Features of Compare page on mobile devices. As your requirement, our developer is going to display it.
In addition, we got access to your FTP to quick-fix but unsuccessfully. Please check your account carefully if you want to quick-fix.
3- If you want to translate "properties " text to multiple languages, you should use WPML plugin to translate.

In reference a my third point, about de permalink, I don´t now if You understood my question perfectly, perhaps I can to explain otherwise:
I want to remove the base called properties and use the taxonomy %listing_offers% to see a kind of category which belongs to the CTP properties, so I can get the CTP_category/postname equal to %listing_offers%/%postname% instead of properties/%postname%.

1- Please check again your FTP account because we cannot connect it. In addition, we have used FileZilla to get access to your FTP.
2 - We are so sorry but we cannot help you point 2. Because it will change the structure of source code too much.
