Hi
I want to build my Website in 3 Languages.
1- English
2- Hebrew
3- Russian
I already brought WPML Plugin
but i am so confused about translation, how its working???
so please explain me.....
and one more thing, i searched for languages files
en_EN.po and en_EN.Mo
but i did't find this files.
where i can find this files and what is the use for for this files?

- First, if you bought WPML plugin, you should contact them who can guide you on how to translate a WordPress Theme using WPLM plugin. Also, you can refer to this documentation for more details:

- Second, Currently, jobmonster's language files are contained in {root}/wp-content/ theme/noo-jobmonster/language/ In this file, there are many language files which you can use. For example 2 files which you see.
In the past, we also translated some available languages which are convenient for customers and you still use them normally.
