    1- For the resolution slider: Please make sure that you have chosen a slider for your Revolution Slider shortcode in your page.

    2- Please give us an image which describes contact form issue exactly. We will check it, then feedback you soon.

    3- Please make sure that you have used a premium Google API key. Also, see this link: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
